THE CHALLENGE
Previously using a nontransactional website, Holidaybreak Camping Division wanted to give its customers the capability to book holidays and trips online at each of its companies’ individual sites. Holidaybreak Camping Division needed to implement a secure and resilient hosting solution that would ensure customers had access to the latest information from the company.

THE SOLUTION
Working closely with Holidaybreak to ensure that all objectives were met, Vialtus implemented a web hosting solution, housed in one of Vialtus’ secure data centres. Providing connectivity into a VPN, Vialtus Solutions provides an IT infrastructure that is scalable, giving Holidaybreak the flexibility to increase bandwidth required during busy periods, such as summer, autumn and post new-year. Responsible for the full management of the servers, hardware and operating system, Vialtus Solutions also provides the necessary measures to keep the system secure. Managed Cisco firewalls and software loadbalancing ensure the 18 servers that store all the vital information for the Holidaybreak Camping Division site are secure and free from viruses and attacks.

THE RESULTS
Following a smooth and troublefree implementation, Holidaybreak Camping Division has seen numerous benefits of the Vialtus solution.
