LGA 30 June - 2 July 2009
The Local Government Association annual conference and exhibition brings together 2,000 of the leading players in councils, central government, partners and business. The 2009 exhibition will take place from the 30th June to the 2nd July, at the Harrogate International Centre, Yorkshire.
Helping councils to provide a fair system of care for the most vulnerable older people in the country; combating the growing problem of crime, the fear of crime and the perception of crime with young people; providing the right types of homes in the right areas for people in the 21st century; putting councils at the forefront of helping improve the environment and tackling climate change - these are just some of the big issues facing local authorities in the coming twelve months. And they all have one thing in common - that local councils hold the answers and can deliver the solutions to improving the lives of local people. Vilatus Soltuions will be exhibiting at the conference to share with councils how we have worked with other local authorities to deliver IP solutions which enable better services.
